The Tic Toc Room is one of Downtown Macon, Georgia's treasured fine dining restaurants. A downtown Macon icon, the building housing the Tic Toc Room once was the heart of the music movement in the southeast (called Miss Anne’s Tic Toc back in the late 1940’s). It was within these four walls of the Tic Toc Room that Little Richard first donned his cape and piano and created the blueprint for what is known today as rock-n-roll. The “Architect of rock n roll” was joined over the years by the greats Otis Redding, the godfather of soul James Brown, Chuck Lidell and Johnny Jenkins to name a few.
It was with great respect for the history of this building and it’s legends that the Tic Toc Room was born. An upscale premier steakhouse with an unwavering attention to service and detail, the Tic Toc Room's fine dining menu provides the very best USDA prime aged beef and fresh seafood. Dubbed by the New York Times as “Manhattan Meets Macon” our stylish décor catches even the big city guests visiting this charming southern town. You'll also be in for a treat when you order from our award-winning Martini menu & boutique wine list.
Whether dining for business or pleasure, a fine dining experience at Tic Toc Room is sure to make a lasting impression.

This is a a very OVERPRICED restaurant! for simple drinks, a waitress who knew NOTHING about the menu, and wait time for food was over and hour!! I was charged for a plate that's listed on the menu as . The manager fixed...
We were welcomed inside when we arrived. Michael (manager) checked on us frequently. Our food was great and our server Brittany went above and beyond to take care of us and answered any questions! We were curious about a cocktail that wasn’t on the menu....
Maybe the worst overpriced restaurant i’ve Ever been. The menu on this site totally wrong. Menu looks extensive but then they’re out of most things. Waitress was new so we won’t go there....but when I told her the food was not cooked ( a pile...
Little Richard made his debut in this place, formerly a speakeasy and later a club, and now a very cool restaurant. Otis Redding played there, too and so did Chuck Leavell, who came to fame with the Allman Brothers. Food and service were quite good.
We've been big fans of the Tic Toc Room for many years. But it has had new owners and chef since fall/winter of 2018. Went for a late Valentine's dinner last night (2/16/19). Restaurant for 60-70% full. During our very long meal, customers at two...
My husband and I went for an impromptu dinner. We stood at the hostess table for about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. They were not busy. We almost left. I'M SO GLAD WE STAYED!!! Once we were seated there waitress apologized for what seemed like...
We arrived 10 minutes early for an 8:30 reservation. It took approximately 10 minutes to be seated. The venue was mostly empty, maybe eight guests to include my wife and I. It took 25 minutes to receive our bar drinks. Once my Martini (Chuck Leavell)...
My fiance and I went there last Friday to celebrate our 5 year anniversary. They weren't very busy yet we still had to wait at least 30 minutes just to get our drinks. Then, I had to send my drink back because it wasn't made...
Took almost 40 minutes after being seated to get a drink. Martini was undrinkable-tasted like lemon juice and served in a regular glass. First course came 30 minutes later. Entree 20 minutes after that. Soup was cold. Sea bass average at best. Never received my...
This place is sadly not what it used to be. I was skeptical of the negative reviews recently, but I found out after a long evening of staring at an empty table. Reservations didnt help. We were seated and had to flag down a waitress...
